Hi, I’m Tim, owner of Rogue River Handyman. As a father of six kids, I know how easy it can be to get behind on home repairs and the stress it can cause. As a professionally trained carpenter, and having managed properties for ten years—I want to help you get your home functioning well and looking great so you can enjoy it without the stress!
How We Work

STEP 1: SUBMIT a REQUEST QUOTE form online
Please give a detailed description and photos of the work to be done (close ups specific spots AND zoomed out to see entire work area). The more info you share in our form, the faster the process will be. We focus on small-to-medium sized projects. STEP 2: CONFIRM and SCHEDULE
We will review your inquiry and get back to you with any clarifying questions and a ROUGH ESTIMATE PRICE RANGE. We usually need to schedule a brief visit to confirm any measurements and key information before finalizing a QUOTE for you. Once you’ve accepted the quote you’ll be added to the schedule.
STEP 3: LET US do the Work
On the scheduled day, your handyman will arrive and get to work taking care of your home with professional results. We offer a one-year warranty on our labor, so rest assured.

Tim fixed an eyesore for us. Our kitchen ceiling had a large crack from water damage, so we had to cut a hole in the ceiing to fix the leaky pipe. Then, we had a big hole. ABOUT:
Tim is professionally trained in rough and finish carpentry by seasoned builders. He started Rogue River Handyman having managed properties for ten years as part of his role with a small non-profit and maintaining his own rental property for a time. After doing all kinds of projects big and small, he found over time that he really enjoyed the small-to-medium-sized jobs. He loves the variety of it as he has to know something about everything, and he gets to experience how all the trades work together. He has a love for learning new things and incorporating them into the his workflow.
As a father of six kids and having owned four different homes as his family grew, he quickly learned how overwhelming it can be to keep up with home repairs—even if you are handy yourself! He enjoys knowing that he can help his customers with their to-do lists so that they can use their homes in all the ways they’ve dreamed of.
There is something amazing about feeling ALL CAUGHT UP on your home repair list, and he wants to help you get there!

We focus on small to medium sized projects. We work well with lists of things that need done around the house (Ex: drywall hole repaired, bathroom tub recaulked, replacing light fixtures or mounting a TV. Some examples of medium-sized projects might be replacing several rotting fence posts or installing a vent so that a kitchen or bathroom fan is exhausted to the outside)

We prefer to use the online quote form initially as it will help us get the most helpful information in determining if we can help you and get a ball park estimate. This also allows us to focus on getting things done while working, and reviewing your quote request at a more effective time.
